Terms of Use

These terms set the rules for using ToTube Tools and explain the responsibilities that remain with you.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using ToTube Tools, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. The service

ToTube Tools provides browser-based utilities for converting, compressing, editing, inspecting and organizing files and structured data. Active tools generally process content locally on your device. Features, limits, supported formats and availability may change as the service develops.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires parental or guardian permission, you may use the service only with that permission and supervision.

4. Your files and permissions

You keep your ownership rights in the files and text you process. You are responsible for ensuring that you own the content or have all permissions needed to use, transform and download it. Local browser processing does not give ToTube Tools ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use ToTube Tools to:

6. Results and backups

File conversion can change formatting, metadata, transparency, dimensions, compression, page layout, formulas or visual detail. Some document conversions preserve searchable text but cannot reproduce every complex layout, chart, animation, font or embedded object. Review each result before relying on it and keep a safe copy of every important original.

7. No professional advice

ToTube Tools provides technical file utilities, not legal, medical, financial, archival or compliance advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a result is suitable for your purpose and meets any legal, regulatory, accessibility or recordkeeping requirement.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local file processing, technical request data, cookies, advertising disclosures and privacy choices. Do not email sensitive source files to support.

9. Third-party services and advertising

The website may rely on third-party hosting, security, consent, analytics or advertising services. Their services may be governed by separate policies and terms. Advertising does not mean that ToTube Tools endorses the advertised product. Google is not responsible for ToTube Tools, and use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.

10. ToTube Tools content and trademarks

The ToTube Tools name, design, site copy, software and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the service, source code, trademarks or other ToTube Tools materials.

11. Availability and changes

We may add, modify, limit, suspend or discontinue any tool or part of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, compatibility with every browser or format, or that every result will be error-free.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToTube Tools is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToTube Tools and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, reputation or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service. Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, providers or law. The effective date will be revised when changes are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

16. General provisions

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. Applicable mandatory law governs without removing consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

17. Contact
